The Vaquero Ranch Sales Group was founded on the expertise that Niklas Larson, our team leader, built over his tenure in real estate. After spending time with a luxury brand and learning the true meaning of luxury service, Niklas felt that he could bring that same value coincided with his knowledge of Texas lands to the marketplace but with a Texan twist.

Niklas Larson graduated from TCU with a degree in Real Estate Finance and an emphasis on sales. Directly after college he joined a renowned luxury real estate brand and was apart of $10m+ in transactions his first year. Niklas is passionate about ranch lands, their many uses and curating experiences that are unforgettable to clients when they hire him.
